Eric and I have been working together for four months now. We meet for workouts three times a week. As an 82 year old senior, I was hesitant about engaging in weight training. I knew how important it was for my bone mineral density and osteoporosis, but I had never done it before. After gaining so much weight, I knew I needed some help getting back into shape. As an out of shape mother of four, I haven't had the time, or energy level, to stick with an exercise program. Sometimes I feel as if there is not enough time in the day. I knew that with my busy schedule, I was just kidding myself that I would get to the gym at least 3 days a week. This is why an in home personal trainer was so intriguing to me. After searching around for trainers, I figured I'd give these guys a call. From the very first moment I dialed, I have been nothing but thrilled with this organizations customer service and regard for their clientele. I wanted to relay to you how much better I feel, especially with the everyday little things like not getting so winded climbing the escalator or walking to my building from the metro in the morning. I feel stronger and I'm more alert at work, and I'm sleeping better. I know we discussed me having some time by myself to do the workouts and see how I do, but I would like to continue the twice-a-week plan at least another 10 sessions if you feel you can commit. If Tues/Sat won't work or if you have scheduling conflicts, I can work around them, but I don't want to stop now when I'm finally being consistent in my efforts. Summer will be here soon, and the thought of wearing shorts, not to mention a bikini, is a scary thought. I decided not to be scared this summer, so I hired a trainer to whip my behind in shape. I have never been in such condition before in my life. I can keep going and going, and I don't get tired like I use to. My body has become toned, and I am actually looking forward to going to the beach this summer.
While I've always enjoyed exercising and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I was stuck in a rut and was not seeing results. Once I began boot camp group sessions and then periodic strength training sessions with Lisa, I found a renewed excitement for working out and challenging myself to work harder. I definitely saw results, which was reaffirmed by family and friends and gave me additional motivation to try new exercises and approaches to working out.

I feel that as I have gotten older, my energy level and desire have diminished some. My trainer is the best! She always mixes up our routines to keep me from becoming bored, and sometimes we even incorporate my pool in our activities. Working with a professional is a fun and exciting way to not only get results, but to make exercising fun again. My friend and I have been working out together as part of the "partner training" program. We weren't sure how it would work with two people training, but it has been so much fun. I decided to hire a trainer because I was getting so bored with my own workouts, and I needed some motivation to push harder. The results have been amazing! I'm trying to get a headstart with my trainer so that once I put on the t-shirts and shorts, I don't feel terrible about myself. Life's going to have it's ups and downs, and you have got to stay positive as the bad times won't always last. My trainer has helped me keep positive and keep my health in check. I have learned with my trainer's guidance not to get too high when things are good, or too low when things are bad. Life is a roller coaster ride, but you have to be positive.
My weight is finally coming down, and I'm actually get use to this new diet my trainer has for me. I feel much, much, better and feel that if I continue on this plan, I can really do something special. Finally feel better and more energetic, nice to feel like I have a plan that works.
With my trainer's help, I feel that over the course of the last month, I have significantly changed my body fat percentage. I have lost body fat and added a good amount of lean muscle and strength.
